Klopp's Liverpool Won Another Trophy
The Merseyside Reds defeated Chelsea in English Football League Cup (Carabo Cup) final earlier today, through penalty shootout.
Prior to the era of Jurgen Klopp in Liverpool, the club faced trophy drought for some years. But things has greatly change for the 6 times European champions since the German tactician took over at Annfield, as they won UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, World Club Cup, English Premier League, and now Carabo Cup.
The Senegalese shot stopper, Edouard Mendy was instrumental for The Blues throughout the game, where he saved 6 shots to denied Liverpool, before he was substituted for Kepa Arizabalaga as the game went into penalty shootout.
All 11 Liverpool players that took part in the penalty shootout scored, while Kepa the 11th man for Chelsea missed the decisive spot kick to handed Klopp side victory.
